Hmm... Maybe they just forgot to turn off the lights? :) It still looks
like a daytime shot to me. I would overall like to see more detail in the
clock tower and buildings. My brain knows it's there and my eyes start to
'hurt' trying to percieve it. Still love the composition though.

Bear in mind that this pic seems to have been taken in the evening - note
the lighted lamp post. I like the idea that the clock tower is in deep
shadow, although, on my monitor, it and the surrounding buildings look a
little dark. If there were any adjustment to the shadows it would be very
minimal. Pretty nice, Boris - a nice travel pic.
