Of course, the weapon/s used by this fellow were already illegal, but nobody seemed to care much. So, now in .au we have an unarmed populace that really can never hope to usurp authority from the govt of the day, regardless of how tyranical they may become. I recall some time ago an American friend telling me 'Citizens have guns, subjects do not' and I thought that a little right wing.. Now I am not so sure.
