Copyrighted.

A photograph is not a copy of either a building or a person, consequently a
photograph of a building or a person wouldn't (or shouldn't) violate
copyright.
Shouldn't, but apparently courts have decided that photographing certain buildings violates copyright. I think the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame or some such?
