I want to make a picture id with my name, photo, some official looking
stamps and signature, and that reads: "The bearer is authorized to
photograph in this facility"

Maybe I should sell those on ebay...

It's about the right to photograph in public spaces and reports
infringements and such. It's run by my friend Kevin Bjorke, who's a
Canon shooter but has gaffer tape on his Digital Rebel, so he's ok :)
