I want to make a picture id with my name, photo, some official looking stamps and signature, and that reads: "The bearer is authorized to photograph in this facility"
Maybe I should sell those on ebay... BTW, check out this blog: http://photopermit.org/ It's about the right to photograph in public spaces and reports infringements and such. It's run by my friend Kevin Bjorke, who's a Canon shooter but has gaffer tape on his Digital Rebel, so he's ok :) j On 8/15/05, Bob W <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Get a great big important-looking id card printed which identifies you as a > Gentleman of Her Majesty's Press, and wear it round your neck! > > -- > Cheers, > Bob > > > While I agree with your sentiment on this one, Keith (my > > response in the > > past has been to send the nosy ones packing with a few well chosen > > profanities tossed in for good measure), in the new world > > order we seem to > > be living in (did the fascists win and I missed the victory > > march?) that > > nosy person can cause you all sorts of grief with a simple > > phone call and a > > well misplaced accusation. > > In Canada, you don't even have the right to face your accuser. > > > > -- Juan Buhler http://www.jbuhler.com photoblog at http://photoblog.jbuhler.com
