I bought a lens from jdcolour of Alberta. The delivery
was perfect. I actually spoke with a man on the phone
at some point in the transaction.

I believe they are decent folks. Hopefully they will
make good on this at some point. Perhaps they are not
yet convinced that there is a problem within their
responsibility.

Of course, I could be wrong about jdcolour. I once
thought Pentax in Colorado was okay, based on one
experience. But when my expensive lens was lost in
shipping back from repair, Pentax in Colorado simply
refused to file an insurance claim, leaving me holding
the bag for a thousand bucks.
