Ouch... I'm sorry to hear that. In a case like that it's probably best to
call them and explain the situation to the manager, not the person in
charge of eBay stuff. From their perspective, they have no idea whether
or not you received the camera, and Canada Post is no help in matters like
this, from what I've heard. I've asked them about simple things like
Canada-to-US shipping times, and they say that once an item has left
Canada they can tell me nothing about it, since it's out of their hands.
If you paid for insurance, you can probably put a claim in for loss of
merchandise, but that would be your only recourse short of action on the
part of the store. Keep in mind that the store likely isn't *trying* to
rip you off, so if you call them and explain the situation to the manager
on the phone, it might be resolved. Please keep me posted!
