I remember seeing similar streaks so I went looking for them, I have put two samples below in which I have exaggerated the processing to highlight the problem. Interestingly the images in which I seemed to find problems were those shot where they had bright lights shining at the camera (pop band on stage). The problem manifests its self as randomly placed horizontal blue streaks however there were no such problems in adjacent frames that contained no exceptionally bright image elements. I can only hypothesize regarding it's cause however since the problem seems to be row related I assume that an active row element on the array which is not intended to be light sensitive can be affected by light spill when the illumination is high enough and the ISO is set in a high range. I'll follow up with some experiments to confirm my suspicions. http://home.swiftdsl.com.au/~distudio/temp/IMGP7579.jpg http://home.swiftdsl.com.au/~distudio/temp/IMGP7581.jpg Cheers, Rob Studdert HURSTVILLE AUSTRALIA Tel +61-2-9554-4110 UTC(GMT) +10 Hours [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://members.ozemail.com.au/~distudio/publications/ Pentax user since 1986, PDMLer since 1998
