Uh, but you could still get those lenses from 15 years ago, couldn't you?
OK, I guess those used lenses will be getting (too) old and harder to
come by if (e.g.) Pentax doesn't get up the pace on new stuff, but the
point is, I wouldn't make a recommendation based on the availability of
new lenses alone, since I've only ever bought second hand ones myself...

towards *starting* a Pentax system at this point in time. If all they
