True story: A few years ago I bought a Pentax FA*80-200/2.8 from KEH. It
was listed as being in Bargain condition. When I received it I found, as
I expected, that the condition was much better than one would normally
expect from "bargain" condition. One small disappointment was finding a
slightly dented filter ring. Not a big deal - I've purchased Bargain
condition lenses from KEH in the past and had dented filter rings, but I
was a little disappointed that they hadn't mentioned it in their
description of this lens. I related all this in a post to the PDML and
*within half an hour* I received a phone call from KEH with an apology!
(There was a KEH employee on the list.) And they refunded $50.00 on my
credit card.
This was all without my even *asking* for a refund, much less proving
that there was anything really wrong with the lens.

Phone 'em up.
