The lens was set from the camera and the EXIF reported f11, I just made another 
Q&D shot standing in my yard with the same combo on a mono-pod (to lazy to set 
up a tripod in the cold). The lens set to ISO200, f11 from the camera body, 
metering on spot, shutter speed was 1/200th. The RAW histogram was well centred 
however it was compressed so I needed to adjust the contrast significantly to 
render all the moon surface details (full frame at 50%):
