If Pentax and Sony simply come to a cooperative agreement, rather than a merger of the companies, they wouldn't be *able* to mess with the mount: They'd simply get the benefits of being able to offer a DSLR with a broad installed base of users and compatible lenses. -- Mark Roberts Photography and writing www.robertstech.com
