There's a little book put out by Kodak that's good.  I'll go see if I
can find my copy so I can tell you the title.  It's physically small,
like maybe 8" x 5" and only 3-4mm thick.  I've seen it in the local
Barnes and Noble as recently as a couple of years ago.
