Bere they killed it, though, there were at least two further releases - one a sort of "light" version aimed at the digital happy-snappers, and a real version 10 (mine says V10.1, copyright 1987-2001 Micrografx) which can definitely handle 16-bit TIFF files. As with Elements 3.0, there are limits on what you can do in 16 bits.
