B+W, Heliopan, Hoya, and Pentax are what I'd purchase if I needed a filter, depending upon need/price/and the individual brand offering. Always buy multicoated filters.
With a digital camera, the only filters I use now are high density ND filters and a polarizer, and those very seldom.
