I tend to be a smart ass.
I'm a big fan of B+W filters, as much for the brass mount, which won't weld itself to a lens, as for the glass. SMC Pentax filters are at least as good, if
not better than anything else out there as well, but are aluminium mounts, which can weld themselves on.
