It is, in my opinion, a much smarter approach. The real problem though, is if they do that, then they will have to concede the MF market totally (as they probably should), because they don't have enough resources to do both simultaneously. And if they wait any longer on the MF market, it will be dead. My hunch is they think they can squeak by a little longer in the 35mm world than in the MF world. I think they are wrong - MF will probably not survive.
