Below is a link to an interesting page with test charts for all major 50mm lenses out there. I was wondering if one of our resident japanese list members might help me understand the significance of the left chart versus the right one. Is the left one for high (1:1000) contrast level and the other one for reduced (1:1.6) ? If so, then this pretty much matches my experience with FA 50/1.4.
