I think the 800/5.6 would be awesome, personally I'm trying to fill the gap in my present outfit needing a fast 200mm AF lens. I'm wondering if they'll work with film and digital. I still wish Tamron would produce a 70/80-200 f/2.8 to complement the 28-75 that's not been off my camera until the FA 35 f/2 arrived. I've even considered going for a 180 f/3.5 Macro John
