Has anyone else noticed that the *ist-DS is poorly balanced when hanging from a strap with any moderately sized lens, and particularly with a flash?

I'm using to my old ZX-5n, which would hang properly around my neck even with an AF330FTZ flash and a 28-105 zoom. The *ist-DS hangs nose-down if I put a zoom on it, and wants to turn upside down if I put a flash on it.

I would shrug it off as a result of its lightweight design, except I'm pretty sure the ZX-5n is lighter when batteries are installed in both. That leaves the placement of the strap eyelets as the problem. ...one minor design flaw, or am I the only one who notices?

I've thought every camea I have owned that has the strap eyelets on the side to be poorly balanced when hanging from a neck strap.
