Thanks, Scott! As for the subject matter (which I assume includes composition and all that stuff), I have to admit, when I took it, I thought it might be a cool shot. Then I looked at the contacts, and thought (as I so often do when I look at contacts), "What the hell was I thinking when I took that one?" Upon further reflection, I decided I liked it. And, when I got it printed up, I decided that liking it was what I wanted to do <vbg>. It certainly isn't a "photo with a message" (unless the message is asses sitting on stools). I rather think it's funny. I don't know why, but I do. And, what I saw when I took it was symmetry. The two pairs of feet more or less in the same (or similar) position is what initially caught my eye, the stools, the dark triangle at the bottom (I consciously tried to get the smallest angle (is that the acute angle?) to intersect the bottom right corner of the frame, and I managed to do that pretty well. Beyond the composition, it has the look that I wanted. Anyway, I do appreciate your comments. Thanks so much. cheers, frank -- "Sharpness is a bourgeois concept." -Henri Cartier-Bresson
