I've used a 3265 speed grip ball head for years and love its speed and 
easy adjustability. I exchange it for a Kirk Photo BH-1 when I need 
greater precision in movements or load capacity, but the 3265 is just 
fine for most field work.

The 322RC2 model allows virtually the identical capability as the 3265 
with more options ... side grip (both L&R), vertical grip and greater 
load capacity. I'm thinking of upgrading to one.
