Playing with them at the store side by side, the 322 seems just a trifle more stable when set up at it's normal 'side grip' orientation. They're both pretty good no matter what; the price at B&H only differs by $16, and the 322 is rated for double the load. That says to me that the 322 is a better deal, particularly since you can orient it to work exactly the same as the 3265 by changing where the camera platform is bolted.
