If you bought it as a Jobo brandnamed product it's their problem.

The truth of the matter is, it wasn't. Not that I could find at
mydigitaldiscount.com. Even when I bought it I looked for the JOBO name. I
THOUGHT it was
JOBO because of the review at dpreview, and because of reviews elsewhere, but
evidentially at digitaldiscount they are buying directly from the manufacturer.
Read JOBO's reply -- they are no longer the exclusive distributor and they
were not the distributor for mydigitaldiscount.com when I bought it.

Even though I am irritated, there is no reason for me to spread
disinformation.

I felt I was being nice asking them why it was called JOBO everywhere and I
felt their reply was informative. Just a tinge a little too threatening. I have
since told them I have unbadmouthed them and now I have two new emails from
them gushing praise toward me.

Go figure.

With all the redistribution these days it really is a PITA figuring out who
to badmouth and/or who to complain to. Where does the buck stop? See other
thread, evidentially with the seller. That doesn't seem quite right to me, but,
oh, well.

Note that ImageTank has their own separate web page. I WAS confused by this.
It is confusing.

On the other hand, I have no qualms about badmouthing the ImageTank G2
itself. It's a piece of junk, I was thinking so before it gave out, and giving
out
just reinforced it. $200 down the drain. If mydigitaldiscount.com actually
replaces it (I will contact them tomorrow), even though I bought it over six
months ago, I'll tell you guys.

Sigh.

I am NOT in a good mood.
