Since I bought the whateveritiscalled, the dohinkie, the gizmo (ImageTank G2) through someone else they are totally uninterested in my problems. I figure if it's poorly made, the manufacturer should answer, not the distributor. I am vastly unimpressed. I told them I was going to bad mouth them to 500 photographers. So here it is, AVOID JOBO -- THEY MAKE PIECES OF JUNK. I don't expect the distributor to do a thing about it. Although I suppose I could try, but that would mean I end up with ANOTHER ImageTank. Nope. I think I have to write it off and see if I can get someone to read the hard disk. If it doesn't cost too much. Marnie
