Hyperprogram works to lock your ev values together. If you change the shutter speed the aperture changes to reflect it. If you change the aperture the shutter speed changes to reflect that. If you hit the green button, (or whatever it is on a pz/z-1/[p]), it returns the settings the the camera program setting. Easy enough.

Av is Aperture value = aperture priority

Hyper Program is bonkers and have no idea what it does.
