CA (lateral chromatic aberration) is denoted as colours splitting and becomes 
most obvious the further from the centre of the frame. It's remedied by 
applying a transform to each colour layer that will shrink or increase the 
magnification of each layer relative to the centre of the frame in order to 
bring them back into registration. A good article is available here:

It's handled much better in the PS CS RAW convertor.
