Hi, I don't think this pic stands on its own. Photos of traffic jams and cars on the highway are generally pretty time worn by now. In order to have such a pic stand on its own it would have to be something unusual, or graphically outstanding, humorous, etc. However, it could very well work (and work very well) as part of an overall presentation on commuting, or travel around the Bay Area, and so on.
It's good to see you making pics and posting them. As for you photographing and driving, well, at least you were looking forward at where you were going. Yesterday I saw a woman applying eye makeup while driving. She had her rear view mirror tilted to see what she was doing, and couldn't see behind her, and was wandering around the road a bit.
