Quite. I thought I did well to get my A* 200/2.8 for only $400. Mind you, I do give you permission to dislike me a little for the rest of my long glass lineup - A* 300/2.8 with 1.4L TC, and the FA* 250-600/5.6, all for a total outlay of just under $5000. Then there was the Black MX I got for only $100 from Sammy's because they hadn't found out why the meter wasn't working. . .
