Well, good for you. Not everyone has fast connections, so not everyone will have an easy, enjoyable viewing experience using Flickr. I thought the idea of web sites was to disseminate information quickly, easily, and directly. It seems that now one must be technologically savvy, have fast, and sometimes expensive, connections, and wade through a lot of "interface" in order to see a photo or read an article. Viewing a photo is very simple. It should not have to be an exercise in high tech knowledge or require high tech equipment. I want my computer illiterate and low tech sister and friends to be able to easily see my pics (and those of others that might interest them).
