The CA that is being exhibited in this image is not the typical linear lateral CA (or transverse chromatic aberration (TCA)), that is generally discussed and it's not a global distortion across the image, it seems relative to the distance from the focal plane like a severe Longitudinal Chromatic Aberration (LCA).
