I think for tiny size like 1.4mm is pretty much interchangeable. I used to 
have a Wiha small philips which fits well for 1.4mm cross point screws. For 
bigger size or tight screws (lens mount screws etc), the fit is important.

I don't know how accurate that information is, all I know is that my 
Sony/HIOS
driver fits like a glove and I'd never stripped a head (though I've broken
shanks).
