Frank,

The reference was to Boz's site. In the summary of MZ series cameras he omits to specify that the MZ-S has a program mode. If you click on the URL to see the full details for the MZ-S, you will see that he does mention that there is a custom function for the program mode.

John,

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, and in any event,
I can't find a "detail" page. Do you mean that he was
using a body on "programme mode", and so couldn't
choose his aperture? If so, does that body (whatever
it is) not have a aperture priority mode or manual
overide?

I looked at his album called "Harvard Square", and it
seems that was taken with a K1000, so he does own a
camera with which he can control the aperture
manually.

cheers,
frank
