Mark Cassino told me that he uses an ear syring. I bought a new syringe from a pharmacy. I assume it's sterile. I keep it in a box when not in use. I just hold the camera upside down with the mirror up and give the sensor eight to ten good shots of air without touching it. I then examine it for any dust or residue. Works like a charm.

I prefer dust personally, I can get rid of it easily, not so hot pixels.

So what are using to get rid of the dust ?

I just returned from 3 weeks of holliday with about a 1000 images shot
and lots of lense changing, and there are at least 5 or six clearly
visible dust-spots now :-(

Any hints appreciated!

TIA, JvW
