Ok, please help someone ebay illiterate. What pros and cons are there with paypal?
They charged you certain % when you receive payment, everytime. The most basic account is next to useless you will need to upgrade to Premier Account as soon as you need to do some real business. There is like 10 days waiting period if the payment was made by credit card. You will need a credit card for Premier Account. All these are cons. The pro? You get the money instantly, or they get the money. Get it? :-)
