The CLA was $30 in parts and $80 in labor for my camera, for $110 total (plus $9.35 tax and $6 shipping).
On my packing slip, they listed:
"The following repairs have been completed on your product ...
Repair or replacement of casings damaged by impact or excessive pressure. Requires repair or replacement and realignment of interior and exterior mechanisms.
Replace damaged covers. Check lights seals and adjust or replace as required.
Replace all damaged parts and clean all optical glass surfaces. Adjust focus and test for proper operation.
Replacement or adjustment of electronic autofocus circuit including focus motor and encoder, CCD focus device and laser alignment of mirrors.
All repaired Pentax equipment is put through a complete function test, including cleaning, lubrication and adjustment to bring your product to factory specifications."
This is the only Pentax camera I own that Pentax still supports (and that's probably only because the PZ-1p is so similar!). To have this level of CLA done by the original manufacturer was definitely worth it, for me. It was the closest thing to bringing it back to like new condition.
It's not like mechanical cameras, I don't think the Z-1/Z-1p needs any regular service. Just use them till something's broken, then replace that part. These cameras are covered by circuits and wires everywhere inside, stripping them down for no reason is likely to induce more trouble that it's worth. Besides, the soldering work would never be as well as the original factory work. Not worth the risk and cost imo.

I don't want to wait for a problem. Just call it preventative maintenance.
