Sounds like a legal argument in case of a lawsuit. The description was clearly
misleading, especially given the actual condition of the camera. The seller
can point to his description as a defense but in this case I'd leave un-favorable
feedback regardless. E-bay can only work if the sellers are honest. The worst problem
you can have with a buyer is failure to pay if you handle it correctly, but dishonest
sellers are almost impossible to get satisfaction from.
