It is a violation: they are using your images to sell advertising
banners.  Without negotiating with you for commercial useage.

I just sent them a bill.  I suggest that everyone else do it too.  Make
it an extreme and unreasonable amount, and point out that it is so high
because these particular images are not for sale for commercial use.
