Max,

Sorry it took me so long to respond but I have a very full plate. I have 100's of forms to convert and I am the only one in the company who even knows a little about Adobe. This isabout a question I had posed about a month ago concerning how a form can become two pages if necessary. Here are the answers to the questions you asked:
Will persons filling out that form have a full version of Acrobat or Approval? No, neither.
How many persons will have to fill out this form? Apx. 70 we have communities in 5 different states. Some are in the corporate office where I am located but most are out in the field.
Will they have Reader? Yes, everyone currently has access to Reader 6.0. I am the only one in the company who has access to the full version of Acrobat.
So, is there a way for this form to spawn a 2nd page if needed or how would I add a duplicate page and just make it an automatic 2 page form?
You want an exact duplicate of your current page? Click on the "Pages" tab (far left, along with "Layers", "Bookmarks" etc) hold down the option (Mac) alt (PC, I believe) click on the page and drag to duplicate. You can't spawn pages using Reader.

I hope you can help because this has been driving me crazy. SInce I am the only one who knows how to use this program if I run into a roadblock I am basically stuck. The list has saved me many times before hopefully you can this time! Thanks!
