Hi, JR That's what Adobe says, too - but I beg to differ. I've been running these on one machine along with Form Designer 5 - and it's probably the most stable environment I've had the pleasure to work on. I'm real bad for crashing Windows at the best of times let alone when I pull these "that shouldn't work" things. I'm running Windows 2000 - which is probably why things are so stable. Win98 screams in horror when it sees me coming. The problem with installing and re-installing is that I don't have those permissions on this network and thus would require one of our techs to do it for me. I don't think they will unless I have concrete evidence that what I'm asking will in fact work. No big deal, anyway. I can still get the necessary effect doing things manually. Thanks for the suggestion.
