I don't have .NET installed (and don't want to install it), so I don't have that area to disable it.
Ok, FF=FireFox. You know, the Windows Taskbar at the bottom of your monitor screen where all the open apps reside, System Tray, Quick Launch toolbar, the clock too. When you go to full screen in IE, you can mouse hover this area and the taskbar shows. Remove your cursor, it hides again. It's total disabled in FF in full screen. The only way to switch between apps is to minimize or restore to normal window. -Clint Happy Holidays to all & God Bless Clint Hamilton, Owner http://OrpheusComputing.com ) http://ComputersCustomBuilt.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Hugh Vandervoort" < I don't recall having any sginificant problem with Authehticode, so I checked my IE security, and Authenticode signing is set to "Enable" for both signed and unsigned components under .Net. If you've set it to "Prompt", changing that may help. Not sure what you mean by the second question. *********************************************************** I guess I should have pointed in my reply to Hugh, that's not the *DOWNLOADING* I have a problem with. The problem I mentioned is with files ON my computer, on my HD. It is these I can't open without that annoying irritating Authenticode prompt. So, does the newest version of FF you're using allow the Windows Taskbar to hover/show in full screen mode like in IE, or is it still disabled? -Clint ============= PCWorks Mailing List ================= Don't see your post?
