Hi Rich and all, I believe your "Normal.dot" file is corrupt. Rename or delete it. Restart machine and open Word. Problem should be solved. (Thanks, Linda!)

I have a customer computer that word will not open on. I get the error "the system is dangerously low in resources". The resources are at 90 percent and the hard drive has 16 Gigs free. The computer is running windows ME with 128 ram. I have uninstalled MS Office and then reinstalled it and it still has the same problem. Does anyone know how to fix this problem..rich ________________________________________________________________ Sign Up for Juno Platinum Internet Access Today Only $9.95 per month!
