No.

yes:
- preferences.xml
- cached articles 
- Score
- group-preferences
- ssl_certs (although this file is probably moot as Pan now can fetch system 
certs)

Servers.xml was moved in the database because groups and articles are linked 
to server.

Likewise posting profile were moved to DB because article filter has a filter 
"posted by me" which refers to the email address set in posting profiles.
