Thanks all. The problem is apparently with older versions of Agent. I am getting reports now that my uploads are fine.
As regards adding "yenc" to the subject line, I have found that adding: - Yenc to the end of the subject line seems to be the form required. At least it doesn't break anything... :-) This may be of some use to others down the road...
