Should be fixed with the newest commit. Check preferences.xml for the line
<int name='upload-option-bpf' value='524288'/>
Just close pan, delete it and restart to get the default. Then close pan
and restart.
(The setting is adjustable in preferences->Upload and tells pan where to
split
the yenc-encoded parts by size)
