"Наӥв", very roughly pronounced something like "Narev". It's
Russian.

I assume that the umlaut over the и is just for the look, and
doesn't change the pronunciation. Also, despite my mother being
Russian, I actually can't speak a word of it, so I'm interpolating
the pronunciation from that of the individual letters:

Н is like English N in Not
а is like English A in fAther
и is like English I in machIne or E in mE
в is like English V in Very

I think the name means "Naive", or to use the older spelling, Naïve.
Hey, I see what they did there! That's pretty clever.
