Yes, MOST of the KHaley patches are included in the 090820 installer build that I put up - Most (all) of the remaining problems on Winblows can be solved by removing your current GTK runtime libraries, rebooting, and then installing the latest package (linked from http://paninstall.googlepages.com/ ) and ensuring that you enable the legacy option during the install. I do plan to revise that windows build when I find a free hour to do it :) The GIT repo does have a number of additional changes in it.
