News is corner-case enough as it is these days (the reason behind the fact that it doesn't have a whole /group/ of developers working on it, like say browsers and web servers, various office apps, email, IM, IRC... all seem to), even for "normal" users, let alone enterprise. There may be some that still use news for internal collaboration instead of say the web forums that would be the modern alternative, but there all posts should be "trusted."
