Yes, that's pan's warning. But note that it's a warning. You can still post if you like. It's designed to encourage good netkeeping and in fact, that such a warning exist but that it's ONLY a warning is part of the GNKSA that pan so proudly wears the 100% certification from (see the GNKSA info on the pan web site and follow the links from there for more).
