I haven't, but I've been busy working on other bugs of late (kernel 2.6.27 was a tough one for me, and I've been working on a couple openrc bugs too). However, I see gmime-2.4.1 is in the tree, masked (as you hinted) now. The tracker bug referenced is http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=239412 It doesn't appear they're doing anything to try to patch the actual package sources to work with the new gmime, just slotting gmime and making the packages dependent on the appropriate slot, until upstream fixes the packages. There's a pan ebuild patch on that bug, but that's all it's effectively doing, too. So IOW don't expect much pan sources patch help from Gentoo on this one, as they'll have both gmime versions installed and setup their packages including pan to depend on whichever one they need. I /did/ see a change on a gnome/pan bug I'm CCed to from Charles a couple days ago, tho, so if we're lucky he's coming back from his long hiatus. It was just a dup notification on that (fixed in 0.133) *.nzb security bug, tho, which isn't by itself indication of much activity. (I've not updated my svn version in a couple weeks due to the business mentioned above... maybe if I did it'd show activity there? I suppose I should...) -- Duncan - List replies preferred.
