I looked at the headers of your message as Pan presents it to me, and I see the following:Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed; charset="UTF-8"; reply-type=original
The message you replied to is UTF-8 (and this one is, as well). Check out the one with the alphabet, as well as the OP. I definitely don't see "UTF-8" in any of those.
